That’s why we work to assure that every prospective new customer — as well as our loyal, long-time customers too — feel comfortable before proceeding to use any of our professional watch services. We happily invest time with our customers. We’ll thoroughly answer all your questions and concerns either by phone or offline.

We’ll even give you an extensive list of references and testimonials of past customers including contact information for some (with their permission, of course). So, don’t take our word for it.

Yes! It is up to the customer’s responsibility to send their Watch & send to the below address.
This must include your details (we are not detectives as well) and a clear explanation of what needs attending to.

To get an estimate for watch service or repair, One of our expert Our team will contact you to ask you such questions as: What’s the age of your watch? When was your watch last serviced? What problems, if any, are you having with your watch?

In most cases, we can provide you with a good faith estimate for service or repairs on your watch. That said, in some cases, you’ll need to send us your watch so that we can diagnose the problem and give you an accurate estimate and time frame for completing the work.

The good news is that there is never a charge for an estimate ,compliments of LUXFIX.ID But, please only send us your watch after we have communicated. That way, we’ll know to expect your watch.

We do respond to estimate requests over the weekend. Please allow 24 hours for us to reply.

If possible, we can do our best to accomodate any special time requirements. Realistic expectations are important, so we will let you know up front if we cannot meet your speicific time requirements. An old saying in watch repair is "Good work takes time".

The answer to this question varies based on the type of watch, as well as the type of repair. A simple battery replacement can be turned around in less than a day, while a vintage restoration of a century old pocket watch can take several weeks/months. We do our best to give an indication of the length of time required in the estimate when it is sent out. Parts on order can add another layer of uncertainty to the timeline.

LUXFIX Repairs has been in operation for 4 years. Recent developments in computing and acceptance of the web have allowed our unique business model to become possible. However, our team of watch repair professionals has been in the business far longer. The combined experience of our watchmaking team alone is over 55 Years.
